Who are we

STEPP is a start-up and innovative projects’ incubator funded in 2015 in Florence. Its main goal is the development of entrepreneurial ideas and the back up to companies which have to do with Social Innovation in the next sectors:

Training
Circular economy
Technological innovation

By social innovation we mean a kind of innovation consisting of ideas, creativity, methodologies to transform theoretical principles and research for community’s prosperity, paying more and more attention to the sustainability, and development of “smart” territories.

Therefore, we take also care of circular economy projects, a new virtuous business model based on technological innovation, environmental sustainability, energy efficiency and the use of renewable resources.

We always move on and take advantage of the latest technologies to offer a highly competitive and advanced service.

We want audacious minds with amazing projects to succeed. We invest time, resources, and experience with a final goal: launch the projects in the market, providing organizational, operational, and strategic support.

We want to connect research and innovation in order to create a virtuous environment that allows innovative projects to turn into successful companies.

Vision

We believe that doing business means generating profit without bringing disadvantages for the individual, and we commit till part of this profit is used for any initiative able to specifically improve community’s quality of life.
